Royal Mail delivered my ink order to an address I don't recognize. INKredible is sending me a replacement via DPD. The customer service from this company is top-notch. I can definitely give them a thumbs up!

We placed an order for ink cartridges online on December 31, 2022. As of today, January 25, 2023, we still haven't received our order. I've reached out via email four times, but no response. They provided a tracking number, but USPS claims it’s not valid. So, we decided to contact our credit card company to dispute the charges, which hit my card on January 3, 2022. I’d definitely think twice about this company. There’s no phone number available to talk to someone directly about any issues...

Fantastic company to work with. After months of use, my printer just up and refused an ink cartridge. I fiddled with it for a long time, but eventually, I threw in the towel and reached out to Inkredible to check if they had any insights on the issue. They were super helpful and proposed a solution. Sadly, that didn’t do the trick, so they promptly shipped out a replacement cartridge for me to test. That did the job! Big thanks to Inkredible. Definitely recommend them.

I picked up a color laser printer during lockdown for all the school worksheets that were sent home, not realizing how pricey the replacement toner cartridges would turn out to be. The original ones lasted a good while, but when they finally ran out, I decided to give inkredible a shot after checking out the reviews. Even though it shows up as non-branded on the printer, it has been working like a charm since day one. I've been using it for three months now, and it's still holding up well. So, since the color cartridges are due for a change, I'm heading over to inkredible to grab those.

He didn’t push me to purchase it from Inkredible at all. His suggestions were completely unbiased. Naturally, I’ll be buying it from them. Overall, a really solid and reliable company that I trust completely.

Hey folks, just wanted to share an update. I got a call from the manager over at INKredible.co.uk. He mentioned that they hadn’t looked at the ink prices for that Canon model in a while since it doesn’t sell much, so it didn’t pop up on their radar. If I had reached out to them sooner, they might’ve fixed the issue right away. As a gesture of goodwill, they refunded me £10. Will I shop with them again? You bet!

Here’s my original review. I checked out their ratings, and they all looked solid. But I didn’t compare their prices with Canon’s first. Long story short, I ended up paying a bit more than I would’ve if I had gone with the manufacturer’s brand. So yeah, I paid extra for a copy of the original! Totally my bad.

Is INKredible warranted? Absolutely, it is. From what I gather, you can’t call them up, but their customer service is quick to respond and their offerings are worth it. Dealing with them is a breeze. I’ll definitely be back for more, no doubt about it.

I strongly recommend steering clear of ink cartridges from this company. The old saying about getting what you pay for really holds up here. I ordered two packs of HP364 cartridges, and they showed up super fast. But once I opened them, they were overflowing, and ink went everywhere—on my fingers, the carpet, and even my photocopier flagged issues with all four cartridges. I tried the other pack, and guess what? Same mess, ink all over the place, and they still didn’t work. Now I’m back to using genuine cartridges, and everything’s running smoothly. Maybe it’s just this particular line of cartridges, but they seem to be made to a different standard and are just plain bad, with no sign of quality control.

Steer clear if you're rocking an HP Printer. You can only get your cash back if the package hasn't been opened, but honestly, you gotta open it to check if it actually works... They seem to only show the positive reviews and a few chosen negative ones, as some of the bad feedback isn't even listed here. Just echoing what others have said... let's see how long this stays up before it gets removed.

We ordered over 20 cartridges from Inkredible. Three months down the line, when I swapped out a cartridge, it didn’t connect with my printer. I gave Inkredible a ring. No hassle at all... A brand new cartridge showed up just two days later. Fantastic customer service. GREAT JOB!

For the past seven years, I've been getting my ink cartridges from INKredible, and honestly, I haven't had a single issue! I placed my order last Sunday night and got my cartridges by Tuesday, all with no delivery charge. Just brilliant... can't say enough good things.
